New 5g device issues

Fledgling

What do you do if neither the three 5g or Zyxel apps won't find the router?

What do you do when 192.168.1.1 login doesn't accept 'admin' and the password given on the label?

I haven't got much hair but what's left is rapidly being torn out!

TIA for any assistance

Mobile broadband is not my thing but if I push the correct button on my BT router for long enough it does a full reset back to advertised settings. It is conceivable that your router was not brand span king new so may need a factory reset.

Thank you for that!

It seems as though my upgrade (Three didn't think to tell me that there wouldn't be a new sim card in the box - wasted a phone call on that!) isn't a brand new device.

A factory reset returned the admin log in to its original password.

The three 5g app still doesn't find my hub but at least the Zyxel one does.

Thank you again!
