Unable to Connect to Three 5G Hub

My Alexa was connected to Three 5G Hub and working fine until recently it got disconnected and won't connect again. The issue is surely not with Alexa as it works on other Hotspot. It just won't connect to Three 5G Hub.

I don't have an Alexa so I cannot really comment further. Have you tried a Google search for the problem ? Or a search of this forum ? 

Alternatively, @JonathanB might have some thoughts.

I sent you a reply to your PM but just in case it helps anyone else. The steps of setting a manual APN on FYI : IPv6 Prevented VPN Connection seem to be helping most customers with similar issues regardless of if a VPN is in use or not.
