Is it just me or is Three coverage THE WORST?

Years and years of paying to have poor to no signal regardless of which part of the country I'm in (Scotland, Yorkshire, Wales, Midlands, London, Kent) across many different types of phones. Data signal is so so bad. Especially in London. My page is struggling to load even now (for a simple forum). I've called so many times and had silly offers like "we'll reduce £2 off your bill", "have you tried resetting/wiping your phone?", "We're sorry, we value you, turn off data then on again." "Have you tried turning 5G off?".

The signal when calling is also so bad, I frequently get told people can't hear me.

Three is such an awful network, the only reason I was staying is because I have been on the same network for over 11 years. But its time for me to switch now. Terrible network.

Its the WORST! Same as you been with them over 10 years and I will be changing when my contract ends. A whole year to wait !! Its driving me mad lol.. did you get anywhere with this?

I have the exact same problem as you. I've been with Three for almost 15 years but my signal is awful pretty much everywhere since I signed my first contract with them. I pay extra for unlimited data but I rarely can actually use any data. They've never had good coverage no matter where I go, at least for the past 15 years I've been with them.

Have to say that three is quite bad network, nothing to compare with o2 coverage

Even three claiming to have 99.9% coverage, its just a big lie because somehow o2 cover 5g indoors and out doors while three cant even do outdoor connections

No you’re incorrect! Although I’m  basing my comment purely on my own experience I’d say Three was roughly comparable. I live in very rural West Norfolk and Three are the only network currently supplying 5g in Kings Lynn. I came to Three from O2 last year and in my area O2 is a poor third in terms of coverage and bandwidth,

Obviously a late response, but I have no idea why you keep replying to every single post on this thread. You yourself talk about your experience in rural West Norfolk, and keep saying it might be different for others. So… stop responding to them when their experience may be very different to yours. We live in a small town, a semi-rural location, and reception is fine—not brilliant but we can at least receive phone calls, get internet, and use Google maps. However, every time we go to London… more than half of the time, we can’t even call each other by phone, let alone use the internet. Zero reception in what is the largest city in the UK is rather dire.

It is rubbish i have a 5g Hub with a simcard in and every day in the afternon the wifi drops out - i have it for business and I am a lawyer and i crap myself everytime I am on a video court hearing that it willl drop out they dont care about that - on monday this week nothing was working and they say techinal fault in my location yesterday i had a video hearing and the judge told me to turn off my camera as my wifi was rubbish and that would reduce bandwidth i  have another video hearing tomorrow and i will have to do that from home as on a call I made today there is still a "technical fault" and they cannot say when will be fixed - other than "check our website" not all lights are white on the hub so that means a network issue why should they tie us into a 2 year contract for a crap service i am now being told £200 to pay for me to walk away from them - it is a total scam how can i have 5g buisiness wifi that does not work so i have to go to my local weatherspoons to use there wifi or have to use my wifi at home - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

it is awful your right. been with three for years and theyve gone from being the best to hit and miss depending on location.

example, im sat on a beach continually trying to send a txt message and failing.no network. got the wife sat nxt to me face timing her sister in another country.

sort it out 3 and stop with the nonsense reasons for bad service

3 Network and Customer service has gotten worse over the years while prices have increased. 5G is rubbish, 4G+ no better. After 14 years with 3, I'm moving to another Network in June when this contract is up. Had enough.

Well that’s obviously your choice! Network is generally very good for me customer service I agree can be a bit of a lottery sometimes but I use the cheaper price as a trade off so I for one won’t be going anywhere.
I wish you all the best.
