Years and years of paying to have poor to no signal regardless of which part of the country I'm in (Scotland, Yorkshire, Wales, Midlands, London, Kent) across many different types of phones. Data signal is so so bad. Especially in London. My page is struggling to load even now (for a simple forum). I've called so many times and had silly offers like "we'll reduce £2 off your bill", "have you tried resetting/wiping your phone?", "We're sorry, we value you, turn off data then on again." "Have you tried turning 5G off?".
The signal when calling is also so bad, I frequently get told people can't hear me.
Three is such an awful network, the only reason I was staying is because I have been on the same network for over 11 years. But its time for me to switch now. Terrible network.

Hey @Jude666,
Welcome to the Three Community.
I'm sorry to hear you've been disappointed since joining the network. Are the issues you're experiencing with coverage in your area, or everywhere in general? Have you reached out to our Customer Service team to look into the issues you've had, at all?
Thanks,
Kate

3 network you need to resolve this immediately. You can’t leave thousands of customer are being left with the same issue. We are not getting any improvement and scammers are playing on the notoriety of 3’s poor service

Hello, Ellie.
The network is always working to improve coverage. As it is just now, all major carriers are looking at the same 99% coverage of UK population, with varying levels of 5G. If you've had a change to how your services are running more recently, it's likely not due to general coverage, and more likely related to a fault or some other issue.
As this is a customer forum, you can't get diagnostics and other resolutions from here. You can do a check for issues local to you on the Service Status page, but it would probably help more to have a chat with the Support Team on one of the contact options on the page there.
Pete.

Three is absolutely crap. I came in uk just last feb and thought the network would be out of this world. But this is horrible over here in Newcastle. The agent trapped me in a sim only deal and thats why I'm tied to this network now. Will surely not get my phone deal with this crappy network

Same issue, I've been with 3 when they started and it was always great, everywhere, now I can't even get signal in the city centre to pay for parking, constantly getting voicemail notifications but no missed call alert, nothing loads ever, I've actually just looked at EE sims as they seem to be miles better. Sorry Three but no use having a phone with no signal.

I was ok with Vodafone till I moved to Three on a 24 month contract, what a mistake. My partner has EE and always has mobile data whereas my phone shows 4g or 5g but doesn't load anything which is annoying. We always joke on how I have to rely on her to search on google maps for directions or on google because my phone very often is super slow.
I had contacted Three a couple of times about it but no change, I am sure it is Three's network issue and so after 24 months of using my phone as a Wi-Fi phone I am moving to EE.
yesterday
My work phone is vodaphone and I have to say, it's pretty perfect in regards to signal. I feel for you.
