The last 24-48 hours, the network status page has been saying that works are being done in my area (RG2 9). I've tried to find a resolution via the Live chat, over the phone, but they keep gaslighting me and trying to convince me it's a device issue. It isn't. Customer services are point blank refusing to acknowledge what I am saying and keep saying it's my phone. My neighbours and family members on THREE in the same area are having the exact same issue. All I wanted to find out was when will they FINISH the work and they refused to even attempt to answer that. Does anyone have any info? I'm going out of my mind, about to lose money on an educational online course too because I can't get online for more than 2 seconds at a time and I need to literally hang out of my window to even be able to post this.
