So I have done my first ever port from EE, normally I don't bother but had the number for a while and it's gone wrong.
So the issue is, I can receive calls from landlines but mobile numbers go to my old providers voicemail. I have been told via online chat that it could take 3 days to resolve!! This is my only number and I'm concerned that Three thinks it's acceptable for me not to receive incoming calls for three days.
