Router/Phone Connectivity Issues

Hi!

Im currently having an issue, and have done for the past few days, in the DN32 area. I’m using a Zyxel NR5103E, for the 5G broadband. Aswell as a iPhone 12. Both was originally supplied per my contracts.

Since the 6th, I’ve had issues with the 5G connection and having to solely use 4G, which also keeps dropping out. I’ve checked Network Status Checker and they confirmed and issue was in the area. I’m not sure if there’s a resolution that can be found to my post, but I was wondering if any people around this area were suffering as I am with the connectivity issue? Or is it just me?

This is having a significant impact and I just want it resolved, if it can be!
