WHY IS 3 NETWORK SO RUBBISH AND UNRELIABLE

WHY IS THE THREE NETWORK SO RUBBISH, THE SIGNAL IS VERY POOR AND UNUSABLE IN CORNWALL. IT STATES 4G SIGNAL BUT WONT MAKE CALLS OR CONNECT TO INTERNET AND YOU CANT EVEN GET ANY SIGNAL TO CONTACT 3 EITHER. I DO NOT SEE WHY WE PAY FOR A SERVICE THIS USELESS NETWORK CANNOT DELIVER THEN TELL YOU A WHOLE BUNCH OF LIES!!!

I completely agree. Thing is I’ve been with 3 for years as in Cornwall I used to get signal where the other big companies couldn’t. However, these days the signal is shocking with 4G and 5G. 
I'm considering moving to a different network.

I too have been with Three for more years than I care to admit (think apathy) and I live in rural West Norfolk. I can honestly say that for me Three remains the best as regards signal and latency. I genuinely think your problems are related to capacity issues at the masts;concerns which you should raise with customer service.

Hi there, I’m in Northamptonshire and the phone signal is just awful here, I’m new to the 3 network and very disappointed if things, and I’ve written a thread similar to yours. I’m interested to read the feedback if any. I was with EE and they are just as rubbish.
