My page loads blank when I login into the my account page on my app. Any pointers?
using an Iphone 13, had restartes my phone, updated ios, cleared cache and deleted/ reinstalled but it seems that the problem persists.

That's not great. There is an issue with accessing the My3 service online through some apple devices. It's something that's currently being investigated, and hopefully you'll be able to get signed in again via your app soon.
You can try and signing in through a windows PC or android device via the web for now, and you should have success there.

Most customers are reporting this issues is resolved by updating their iOS. Can you try updating your phone's software and let us know if these issues are persisting?

Having the same issue for the last 4 weeks it’s ridiculous how are we suppose to control are three accounts it’s obviously a three issue that they need to rectify or we all might aswell leave this network
