Problem pairing mobile plan to I-watch Series 8 with E53305

Nearly 2 months ago my smartwatch stopped connecting to my mobile plan so I attempted to reconnect via the app only to be met with "There is a Problem, E53305- You already have a paired device chat to one of our team to resolve" I have now spent countless hours on live chat and calls to be told I had to wait until my billing cycle completed and then my problem would be solved and to go back in and pair up my smartwatch mobile data again. Well surprise surprise it does not work and it is the same fault all over again. 

 I only selected 3 to take out a sim only plan because it seemed to offer the best smartwatch and data plan as my smartwatch plan is very important to me, but I am now into my 2nd month without this essential feature. When I asked for my sim only deal to be cancelled as it was useless to me without the pairing I was told I would need to pay £180 penalty to leave 3.

  I find it incredible that even though 3 has failed to provide the service I signed up for I am expected to pay to leave!

 I should be billing 3 for the hours and hours spent trying to resolve this problem, even being told my watch was the fault and I should go to Apple to get it fixed (Which of course it was not but I had to spend 3 hours taking it to the genius bar for testing).

 I have had 5, yes 5 cases closed without contact as to why or a resolution provided so now my patience has totally failed and the Three sim will be thrown in a drawer. 

Appalling service from start to finish and a lesson learned never to use 3 for anything again.

Hello I've had exactly the same problem with exactly the same result and error code with galaxy watch 6 I'm new the three they are absolutely useless my carer has phone them 5 times and live chat only to say its the pairing not the smartwatch data pairing they say they will contact you and never do and close the case my carer Evan sent them a video with what is happening they don't Evan look at it don't listen and very rude and extremely unhelpful I'm paying for something I can't use because they don't listen to what your saying Evan arguing on the phone when you've told them countless times what the problem is been put through the so called technical people who still are the same when my contact is over I'm going back to sky mobile
