New 5G Router is Eero worth it?

Hi, wonder if anyone can help. We are close to a 5G mast and getting 500MB downloads in my office (router is by window) however the rest of the house gets 70MB down to 5MB which isn't great. Some Smart TVs buffer for a while. 

I'm interested in Eero but can't find any prices from Three at all. Does it work well if I had 3x hubs?
