My router has worked perfectly with my company's VPN for over a year but 3 weeks ago it suddenly stopped working and would not connect to the VPN. I liased a lot with the Three support team and my companies IT department who tried everything. I even bought the new 5G "working from home hub" which also persisted with the same issue. The VP connects without a problem when using different networks.
I was then informes by the Three team that they updated their system which is causing the block on VPNs. The problem has been going on for 3 weeks now and they they have yet to resolve it.
I am thinking the quickest way to resolve the issue is to change network provider to one that does not block thr VPN.
There is a lot of people within my company who are having the same issue. Some have already changed provider which fixed it immediately.

Hey @Laurakchem
What VPN are you using, and what they're experiencing when connected? For example frequent disconnections, unable to connect at all?
Also, have you tried setting APN to IPv4? We have a thread that can help you with this.

Hi @VicMaiPotts,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your VPN/ As this is quite an old thread can you help me understand the issue you're facing in a bit more detail?
We don't actively block VPNs, but there may be some fault or settings issue. The most common fix shared on the Community is detailed here: FYI : IPv6 Prevented VPN Connection
Let me know if the linked topic helps or if not, please let me know a bit more about the issue so that we can look into this further.
Thanks,
Jonathan

the bank says its the vpn on my three internet, when I log onto a different wifi connection it solves the problem, can I turn off the vpn in settings or apply any other fix.

Hello, Buk.
Three don't actively use a VPN on their Hubs, so there wouldn't be anything to turn off. If you have a VPN of your own, it might be worth trying to turn that on, and then try signing in while connected through that VPN to see if that makes a difference.
Pete.

Hi Jonathan,
I got the Three hub 3 days ago and I can't connect to my company VPN and working from home.
I'm using Cisco AnyConnect VPN but can't reach the server and get connection timeout error.
Could you please add me to the list.
Thank you.

I have also been having problems connecting to nordvpn through the 3 network for the past 3 - 4 weeks, I think since the network went to 5g, never had any problems in the past 2 years prior to the switch over to 5g.

I am also having issues still connecting to the VPN. Sometimes it works when I restart my laptop, and change my settings to allow IP Passthrough, but this doesn't last long and then the internet stops working on some of my devices so I have to switch it back off.
