The main difference is that Business accounts are in the name and liability of a charity, company or business of a sole trader. So primarily it's a legal/financial distinction of who is the account holder.
You can find the Business pages here. Bear in mind prices quoted are excluding VAT, most business customers are eligible to claim this back.
