Cannot roam in Europe after enabling.

I enabled international roaming after arriving in Belgium, its been way over 4 hours and I still cannot roam. This is a big issue and only happened since my contract was changed by 3. It states I've set a 0 cap but I cannot call 3 to change.

Hi @Nickeh,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues connecting from Belgium. If you can access Wi-Fi or another device, you should be able to the amend the spend cap from My3 online, or on the app.
