Terminating Contract

We have five contracts with Three, my husband, myself and three children. The network has been awful for well over a year now and we cannot use any of our mobile phones in a number of locations throughout the UK. We are terminating three out of the five contracts middle of April 2025 but unfortunately will have two outstanding contracts until December 2025, is there a way to avoid the “early termination fee” as we cannot use our mobile phones due to numerous signal issues? Thank You

Hello, Samantha. 

It sounds like you've had some frustrating signal issues. 

The team would normally look to try and resolve the network issues for you. You'd first need to get in touch with them so that they can investigate the issues. If the team can see there's an issue, they can log it on the system, and provide a date when they aim to have it resolved. 

Keeping in touch with them when the estimated fix date comes up let's them know how things are going, and let's them determine if a new plan, or new options need to be explored.
