WiFi down

Have had no WiFi in b31 5 for 3 days now. Keep checking the status checker and being told that there is a problem and they are working on it but nothin else. What can i do ? I’m using my hotspot to have tv on and had to top my data up.

Hi there, I can't activate / get any signal on my new simcards, activating it from Indonesia. Usually I can get signal pretty fast, its been days can't get any signal. 

5g Broadband

Hi, I received my 5g broadband about a month ago with speeds of 800 to 900mps (wired connection). Now I am only receiving 170mps (wired) but it keeps turning on and off.Wireless connection is also laggy/slow and keeps loosing connection.
