Hello I updated my phone to the iphone 16 pro just over a month ago and have been having problems making and receiving calls this last week but only on the occasion.
Most of the time my calls will go through with no issues and then occasionally I will get a call and not realise until I receive a message saying I have a voicemail or a message from the person contacting me to ask why I haven’t answered. I never receive a notification for the missed call and find I can’t call them back when I try.
There is no error message no dial tone nothing and I will have signal the whole time. I can use data/wifi fine to facetime them back and can still receive messages.
I have turned off live voicemail but that hasn’t improved and there is sometimes a long delay between dialling and connecting. I am worried because if I need to make a call in an emergency and this happens at the time I will be completely vulnerable.

Exact same issue here
- incoming calls go straight to voice mail without ringing, but I can't call Voice mail because cant make any out bound calls, they jsut never connect.

Hey @ClaytsUK
Welcome to the Three Community Page.
Sorry to hear that you're having this issue with making and receiving calls.
How long has this been going on? Can you confirm which phone you are using? Can you also confirm if you're always having the issue, like when you're out and about, or if it's specific to when you're home? Have you tried a reset of your network settings?

To answer your questions:
1. Since I received the SIM in July (I'm a new-be to THREE and now regretting it
2. Samsung S21 (Android)
3. Always having the issue, both on WiFi and when out and about
4. Network has been reset 3 times with guidance from your call centre rep
So what can you do about this. Without being able to receive calls, what's the point in having a mobile contract?

Problem is even if you reaset it and turn phone of and on agen 3 days latter it happens agen

That sounds a bit like it's a phone issue rather than a network one. If you have a spare or backup phone, it might be worth using that for a while to test and see if the same thing happens there.
Pete.

Hi @Pontypwllad,
Sorry to hear you're still experiencing these issues. I appreciate this must be really frustrating. Are you all using iPhones, and specifically having issues only when connected for Wi-Fi calling?
Have you downloaded the latest software update for all the devices?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi there
My phone has been doing this for several months now 😡 It’s intermittent and happens when I’m connected to Wi-Fi. And found out this is also happen to close friends of mine, who are also with Three ! People have been ringing me , and getting an automated (Not my pre-recorded) message and sent to my mail box. And I’m getting a very strange method/way of having to try and access these messages (not through the normal way) And I can’t ring out… I then need to disconnect from the Wi-Fi switch to airplane mode for 10seconds , then call whilst still disconnected from Wi-Fi. This is not a Wi-Fi issue , this is to do with Three. Like I stated earlier , a close friend and her daughter (both with three) are having the same issues, which have been going on a good while. So please sort this out…

Hi Mark,
That's really odd that you've mentioned your Voicemail being different when this happens, do you mean Live Voicemail, as described in this article: Introducing Live Voicemail
You mentioned the issue is intermittent, so it's not every time that you're connected to Wi-Fi, but you have been any time that you've noticed that you're missing calls?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Is no one from three looking into this issue now? Or are all your heads still buried in the sand… I’ve resorted to turning my Wifi off when I’m not using to stop this problem… It’s a damn nuisance tbh…
