Hi,
I submitted my PAC code on 19 Feb 2024 for transfer to Three. I got a message saying it will be going ahead on 20 Feb 2024. On 20 Feb 2024, my old sim get disconnected. On the same day, I can make calls from new three sim and people can see my old number when I ring them. But I cannot receive any incoming calls or text. Every time I try calling, it says number is not recognised. Spoke to my old network and they said everything was sent over on 20 Feb and there is nothing withholding the number from their side.
I spoke to Three a few times but they keep saying wait another day and another day and keep pushing the date back by a day every day.
I am losing business as this is my work number and no one is able to reach me.
Please can someone help me with this as I really need this to work today.
