No wifi connection

Hi .we are living in torquay ( Devon).no wifi for 48 hours.we have been told via live chat there is a outage & to be patient but when we post asking if anyone else in our area is having the same problem we're the only ones. Any advice or suggestions....

Low cell signal for the last 8 weeks

Has anyone experienced this? The cell signal bars on my router stay red no matter what I do. This is materially affecting signal. No one at 3 seems to be able to help.
