I have a 5g WiFi hub. I only have 4g in my area but it still works better than traditional landline/broadband services. Until recently. I've started having issues with devices connecting to the hub and speeds have certainly dropped off. I'm finding it impossible to get support. The website is just about useless as I can't even log in and they are saying they can't answer the phones right now.
Is this a common situation?
