Nonexistent upload speed NR5103E

Max upload speed I get at any given time is 1mbps, even though download speeds are typically 100-200. any advice? had the box for like 4 months now and this is still a problem

Trouble returning router

My contract is due to end on 27th January 2024. I've not received the jiffy bag, or returns label & now have an email stating a £105 charge. Why can't three just provide an address id send back at my own cost if if made the process that quicker.

How do I disable DHCP on 4G+ Hub

I have the Three 4G+ Hub (Sercomm LTE2122GR)I want to disable the Hub's DHCP so I can use my MESH devices' DHCP.  The Hub app does have DHCP buttons but they don't seem to work.
