Calls break up when saying numbers

Has anyone experienced call breaking uo when trying to say numbers or a post code? Callers can hear me speak but starts to break up as soon as I start to say numbers

Delaying

Is anyone having trouble when calling out - after a few minutes it starts to delay or cutting up ? So annoying - one call takes 30 minutes instead or 10

WiFi calling not available

Network is red

The network indicator is red. Also, I can't do over the website to check devices settings. Shows that there is no connection to the website.
