Three 5g Hub

Is anyone else have issues with their wifi tonight? Cant log into the app to check signal strength keeps saying username is wrong have tried resetting hub etc. Have no access to wifi at all. Website says signal is fine on checker?

Renewed my Three contract today can't connect to router now

renewed my Three broadband contract today and can't connect to Internet since doing this. It was working perfectly up until I renewed my contract. How can I restart it. Rang Three but customer service person couldn't help me. 

Web ui username/password 'incorrect'

I am attempting to set up my home broadband, however, when it asks for the Web ui username/password it tells me that they are incorrect. I have reset the device a couple times and I still receive the same error.Thanks in advance.

Hi there I’m needing my hub to utilise 5GHz however it is only showing as 2.4GHz.when I found a similar issue it said go on the app and adjust the settings there however there is no such section on the app
