Best solution Moving house to area with no 5g

HiI've been using 5g with Three for just over a year so I have about a year left on the contract. I'm planning to move house soon. There's no 5g and 4g got about 1Mb/s outside on my phone so it's no use. Can I cancel the contract without penalty?
