Text and calls don't work

So today I've had an issue with 3 where my calls and texts don't work, data doesn't work and my account is showing an error message when I log in, could anyone explain what's happening please? Is anyone else experiencing this issue ?

No service

Made a payment on my account earlier as I have been restricted due to late payment. Service usually back up within minutes but it's been hours now and nothing. I have read other service users complaining about this as well.
