Unable to register

Been trying to register for 2 weeks and everytime I get the error message -"Please check the details you entered are correct. If you still encounter an issue, please contact us. Please help  

Can't register

Been a member for years and new system says I need to register, everytime I try I get a details error or this account exists? Need to pay bill but cant and automated phone system says overdue for last months bill?

Go Roam

My plan is due for renewal next month. It started before Oc 21 so I have the benefit of the free Go Roam when I travel  to the USA. Will that continue or will I lose that benefit?
