Voicemail wont deactivate

Could someone help please, I'm a new 3 customer & have called 4 times now with regards to deactivating my voicemails as I dont use voicemail and I dont want anyone to be able to leave one, haven't even set it up... 3 chat and cust services both advis...

No internet

Is anyone else having this issue? My data is back after the fiasco of updating the app but I can't connect to the internet. I have signal but I can't load any pages. And yes I have tried all the usual tricks (off and on again, airplane mode)
