Roaming allowance for USA

Hi.when I bought my plan it offered 12GB roaming. However upon checking via the 3 app it only provides 6GB roaming allowance. is this an error or have I been mislead?

Best solution Go Roam on a lite plan

I am going to France next week and I have a lite plan, it says go roam is excluded, do I need to buy a pass in advance or will it just charge me £2 a day when I get there?
