Cannot download the new 3 app to my ipad.

I have 3 pay as you go on an iPad running on its latest iOS 12.5.6. The 3 website offers to download the last compatible version of the app, but when I click on yes to download it just reverts to the same message.

My 3 Problems

I'm so frustrated. The Three app just fails to work properly on my phone (Pixel 5 - new last year). It's just hit and miss. I'd say 90% of the time I can't log in to My 3 account to check my usage and buy add ons.  Topping up using the app NEVER work...
