Can’t login

I woke up this morning to see I had a message with an issue number. It said I had to login to view it so I tried on the app but my account was blocked and needed details. App then said there was technical problems. I’m not sure what to do

Cannot re register my account

Unable to re register my 3 app as it won’t accept my email address as it’s different that the initial one used and I no longer have access to that. Live chat doesn’t work and am overseas with no roaming and no customer support from 3 路‍
