Bill tripled overnight

My wife’s 3 bill tripled overnight without even her input. They sent her some messages she didn’t see to confirm increased usages but it was not something she asked for or something she used. Has this happened to anyone else?

GNK 3+ code doesn't work

The GNK code for the kebab main on 3+ isn't working.It expires on 18th August, but when you enter the code in on ordering, it claims it's not valid.
