DEACTIVATED SIM

Hi, Is there anyway I am able to get my number of 10 years back? Three customer services have stated that due it being inactive it has been deactivated. is there anyway of recovering it?

Topped up today - not showing or activating.

Previous top-up ran out today and topped up, but it's not activating. Getting the "sign into network" thing that happened during the migration.If I go into top up again, it says I can't do that because "Another action is in progress on your account.....
