i cannot get on my information on three app .. just keeps buffering and will not go any further any suggestions i’ve spoke to chat and they couldn’t help
Trying to log into my account to check contract details etc, yet when I log in it states No Active Lines Found. I need to be able to check the account to check contract dates etc. if it can't be resolved I'm leaving 3
Have got an iPhone 6s Plus. All updates have been done. My Three app does not open up when I press ‘my account’ to check my bills etc. 15.8.3 is my current IOS installed version. Any help to rectify this issue will be really helpful.
